Role Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud migration, modernization, and application transformation programs.
Use Agile and Scrum practices to drive predictable delivery across multiple Scrum teams.
Work closely with architecture, DevOps, engineering, QA, project management, and customer stakeholders.
Agile Delivery
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives across multiple Scrum teams.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of approximately 40-50 members.
- Drive Agile best practices and coordinate delivery across technical and project teams.
Customer and Team Leadership
- Act as the primary customer contact for stakeholder communication, expectations, status reporting, and escalations.
- Lead project managers, Scrum Masters, developers, QA, and DevOps personnel.
- Coordinate closely with architects, DevOps teams, and engineering teams.
Project and Commercial Management
- Execute fixed-price projects with scope control, milestone delivery, cost tracking, and margin protection.
