Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical substation projects.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar position in substation projects.
- Strong experience in electrical substation construction and installation.
- Previous experience working on SEC projects is stated as mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of SEC requirements, standards, specifications, and site procedures.
- Experience with HV/MV electrical substations.
- Experience coordinating with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills.
- Good command of English.
Preferred Qualifications
- SEC-approved or SEC-experienced candidates are highly preferred.
- Experience in testing and commissioning coordination.
- Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities for electrical substation projects.
- Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
- Supervise electrical substation installation and construction activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, testing, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure project compliance.
- Coordinate site inspections and obtain SEC or consultant approvals.
- Resolve technical and construction issues at site.
- Ensure compliance with SEC standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Lead site teams to achieve project milestones.
