Role Overview

Site Operations and Compliance

• Comply with aviation, safety, quality, export control, Airbus management system, and customer regulations and procedures.
• Manage, assign, and control site maintenance team duties.
• Provide monthly operational KPI and site performance reports to management.
• Monitor operational issues and provide correction status updates.
• Report incidents to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Quality and Safety Department.

Aircraft Maintenance

• Ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is satisfactorily completed in the customer environment.
• Manage daily preventive, corrective, servicing, and routine maintenance work.
• Lead technicians in inspecting, maintaining, operating, repairing, troubleshooting, and servicing helicopter systems.
• Perform assigned duties according to the planned schedule.
• Verify aircraft status, scheduled tasks, deferred items, serviceability, and release-to-service records.

Documentation and Materials

• Ensure all work is recorded on the appropriate documentation and signed as required by the applicable management system.
• Ensure the correct use, control, and return of aircraft parts and materials.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within cost, and to required quality standards.

Team Development

• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to management.
• Communicate safety, quality, and process updates to the onsite team.
• Train personnel on maintenance manuals, safety directives, and FOD procedures.

Compliance Expectations

• The role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to integrity.
• The position is with Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance and supports customer-site operations.
