- Lead and supervise all on site electrical works including installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensure execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report delays or issues requiring corrective action
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower for uninterrupted site progress
- Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, client standards, and applicable codes
- Oversee pre commissioning, testing, energization, and final commissioning of electrical systems
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, permit systems, and client safety requirements
Requirements
- Experience in managing on site electrical activities for EPC HV/EHV substation projects
- Knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on site electrical works including installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with project management, planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report delays or issues requiring corrective action.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower for uninterrupted site progress.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, client standards, and applicable international and local codes.
- Review inspections, test reports, material approvals, and installation quality.
- Support QA/QC teams during inspections, testing, and punch list clearance.
- Oversee pre commissioning, testing, energization, and final commissioning of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and utility authorities during testing and handover.
- Ensure all commissioning documentation and as built records are properly completed.
