- Prepare work plan and implementation strategy in line with project schedule
- Supervise day to day electrical construction and installation activities at site
- Ensure works are executed per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, and construction teams
- Supervise installation of HV/MV electrical systems including transformers, switchgear, control panels, cable systems, grounding, lighting
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with approved procedures and manufacturer recommendations
- Support QA/QC activities including MIRs, RFIs, inspections, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, permit to work systems, and safety procedures
- Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly status updates to Site Manager and Project Management
- Identify site issues, delays, or technical conflicts and coordinate timely resolution
Requirements
- Familiarity with project scope, standards, specifications, and milestone schedule
- Ability to supervise day to day electrical construction and installation activities
- Knowledge of HV/MV electrical systems including transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, control panels, cable systems, grounding, lighting
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, and construction teams
- Understanding of quality control procedures and documentation (MIRs, RFIs, inspections)
- Compliance with HSE requirements and permit to work systems

Job Overview
- Supervise and coordinate electrical site activities related to EPC HV/EHV substation, infrastructure, and energy projects.
- Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning works are executed safely, per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize with project scope, general requirements, applicable standards, technical specifications, and milestone schedule.
- Prepare work plan and implementation strategy in line with project schedule and customer requirements.
- Supervise day to day electrical construction and installation activities at site.
- Ensure all works are executed per approved IFC drawings, method statements, project specifications, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, and construction teams.
- Ensure work execution as per standards, specifications, procedures, and good engineering practices.
- Supervise installation of HV/MV electrical systems including transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, control and protection panels, cable systems, grounding systems, lighting, and associated equipment.
- Coordinate with execution team, supervisors, safety officer, and QA/QC engineer.
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with approved procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
- Ensure implementation of quality control requirements, procedures, and guidelines; take corrective actions where needed.
- Support QA/QC activities including MIRs, RFIs, inspections, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, permit to work systems, and safety procedures.
