Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operational activities and coordinate teams.
The role coordinates site personnel, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through digital communication and structured reporting.
The position is fully remote and part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site operations and align activities with project objectives.
- Supervise site teams, contractors, and operational personnel.
- Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and coordinate workforce activities.
- Track project progress, performance, quality, and resource requirements.
- Identify risks, delays, and operational issues and coordinate solutions.
- Communicate with project teams, suppliers, contractors, and management.
- Review reports, schedules, documentation, and performance updates.
- Support compliance with procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards.
- Monitor materials, equipment, resources, and logistical requirements.
- Provide updates, recommendations, and escalation of significant issues to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
