The Role
Provide reliable support for business applications and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Investigate application issues, coordinate incident resolution, support users, monitor recurring problems, and contribute to application improvements.
Work with technical teams and business users using analytical thinking, practical technical knowledge, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for business applications and users.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application incidents and service requests.
- Monitor application performance and identify potential operational issues.
- Analyze recurring problems and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams when escalation is required.
- Communicate clearly with users regarding incidents, resolutions, and expected timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
