Role Overview
This is a part-time, fully remote Business Analyst role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The role translates business needs into insights, recommendations, and improvement initiatives.
The analyst will connect data, people, processes, and business priorities across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clarify, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational performance.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements and action plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional business improvement initiatives.
- Monitor objectives, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for management.
- Support process improvement, system enhancement, and change initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and alignment across business and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant business analysis, operations, consulting, or process improvement experience is preferred.
