Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure execution aligns with approved shop drawings and specifications
- Formulate and manage Inspection Requests (IRs), site diaries, technical reports, and snag lists
- Monitor subcontractor workmanship, material installations, and site progress to minimize rework
- Serve as link between office engineering team, site project managers, client consultants, and subcontractors
- Supervise delivery of premium architectural finishes, custom joinery, and high end flooring
- Review technical method statements, track material submittals, and oversee mock up approvals
- Drive snag rectification process for seamless project handovers and final sign offs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in interior fit out contracting, with focus on high end luxury construction
- Mastery in reading, interpreting, and auditing shop drawings
- Deep knowledge of local fit out construction methods, material performance, and QA/QC protocols
- Proven track record managing subcontractors and coordinating with external consultants
- Sharp eye for high end aesthetics and proactive problem solving

Job Overview
