Zircon Decor is looking for a Senior Design Manager to lead the entire Design Department, establish design strategies, and oversee project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire Design Department and team.
- Establish design strategies, standards, procedures, and workflows.
- Allocate resources and assign projects among design teams.
- Monitor design progress, workload, and project priorities across all projects.
- Review and approve major design decisions before submission to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and project objectives.
- Conduct weekly design review meetings and monitor departmental KPIs.
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Project Management departments.
- Identify risks, delays, and resource shortages and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and develop Design staff.
- Support business development, tenders, and key client presentations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Interior Design and Fit Out projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
