About the Role
Zircon Decor is seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in interior and fit-out to prepare BOQs, cost analysis, variation orders, and progress billing.

Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed BOQ along with Rate and cost analysis
- Participating for pre tender contracts with respect to BOQ and seeking quotation from suppliers
- Taking off quantities and prepare measurement sheet
- Preparing Variation orders along with rate analysis
- Monitoring Variation log, and timely submitting of variation cost
- Negotiation skills with employers and sub contractors
- Preparing monthly progress billing along with all supporting documents
- Monitoring Billing Log and collections
- Preparing Subcontractor payment certificates
- Preparing Budget for the pot contract
- Monitoring all purchase order with budget
- Participating in commercial meetings, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of payment applications
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior & fit out field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Software Skills CAD and Microsoft Office
