Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate site works for closets, kitchens, cabinets, vanities, TV units, wall cladding, and other joinery works.
Manage installation teams, site availability, client and factory coordination, installation quality, schedules, drawings, and company standards.
Job Location and Travel
- The job location is in the UAE.
- The role requires driving to different project sites as required by the company.
- Work is performed in person at project sites.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a site foreman in closets, kitchens, cabinets, joinery, or furniture works is required.
- Good knowledge of cabinets, wardrobes, closets, hinges, sliding systems, accessories, and installation methods is required.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements is required.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Site Supervision and Coordination
- Supervise daily installation works for closets, kitchens, cabinets, and other joinery items.
- Coordinate with the factory, designers, project team, and installation team regarding site requirements and work progress.
- Arrange and guide installers and carpenters on proper installation methods.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site representatives when required.
Measurements, Materials, and Quality
- Check and verify site measurements before production and installation.
- Read approved drawings, layouts, elevations, and installation details.
- Ensure delivered materials are complete, correct, and in good condition.
- Inspect finishing, alignment, leveling, fixing, and overall installation quality.
Progress, Safety, and Completion
- Monitor site progress and report daily updates to management.
- Resolve minor site issues and report major issues to the project manager.
- Prepare snag reports and ensure pending works are completed.
- Arrange tools, materials, and manpower before site visits.
- Ensure safety rules and proper housekeeping are followed on site.
Skills Required
- Site supervision, joinery installation, measurement checking, drawing interpretation, team coordination, quality control, problem-solving, client coordination, driving, and time management.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
- Salary may be discussed during the interview based on experience.
Employment Type
The position is full-time.
