A leading company specializing in luxury custom kitchens and wardrobes is looking for a highly experienced Showroom Sales Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the showroom’s monthly sales target
- Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing opportunities
- Convert showroom visitors and inquiries into confirmed projects
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts and performance reports
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable designs, materials, and solutions
- Ensure excellent customer service from consultation to contract signing
Requirements
- Strong UAE experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior-fit-out sales
- Proven record of achieving monthly sales targets
- Interior design and space-planning knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and take full responsibility for showroom performance
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
