Tasawer Elegant Closets & Kitchens is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for joinery and installation projects across the UAE.
The role covers supervision of joinery and interior fit-out installation activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, TV units, wall cladding, and other joinery works.
- Manage installation teams and coordinate with designers, production teams, clients, and site management.
- Review drawings, site measurements, and project requirements before installation.
- Ensure installation quality meets company standards and monitor project schedules.
- Identify and report site issues, provide practical solutions, and support timely completion.
- Conduct final inspections, prepare projects for handover, and maintain proper material handling and site safety.
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience in joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, or interior fit-out is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of site measurements, technical drawings, and installation is required.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and multi-site team management skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- The candidate must be currently available in the UAE and able to commute to or relocate to Abu Dhabi before starting.
