DT Infrastructure is seeking a Site Engineer – Civil to join the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP) at Ormeau.
Working closely with the Project Engineer and broader construction team, you'll help plan, coordinate and monitor civil construction activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
This is a hands-on project role where you'll gain exposure well beyond technical engineering. You'll support civil work packages, interpret drawings and specifications, monitor site progress, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and contribute to commercial, quality and project controls. You'll also work alongside supervisors and experienced engineers to solve construction challenges and keep delivery moving on site.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership
Typically 2+ years' experience within construction or infrastructure projects
Experience supporting or managing engineering scopes or construction work packages
Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts and project controls, with good commercial awareness
Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, accountable and collaborative approach with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a project team
