Overview
- The requirement is to hire experienced site personnel who know safety procedures and have expertise in the Aluminium Smelter Brownfield area
- Proficiency in contract and project management.
- Managed and supervised various construction projects at the site.
- Lead cross-functional teams of electricians, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient coordination and high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate closely with Contractor’s engineering and project teams to evaluate and implement upgrades, modifications or replacements of electrical / automation equipment at site.
- Knowledge of Reduction Potlines and associated equipment
- Knowledge of Crane systems
- Can handle and manage the safety and quality of assigned projects at the site.
- Reviews and advise on fabrication, shop drawings and material submittals by contractors.
- Conducting regular site inspections to verify mechanical installation quality and progress.
- Requirement is 1 year but may extend depending on performance and other project availability.
