Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements, and technical documents
- Support site inspections and raise basic documentation for QA/QC approvals
- Track and update progress reports under guidance from senior engineers
- Help monitor compliance with safety protocols in assigned work areas
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams for daily activities
- Assist in compiling red line drawings and supporting site records
- Learn and apply quality standards through on the job experience
- Participate in short term planning meetings and toolbox talks
Requirements
- Qualification in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
- 5+ years experience
- First Aider certification
- Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and basic engineering practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with construction software and document control tools
- Exposure to QA/QC processes and inspection workflows
- Basic knowledge of authority approvals and site procedures
- Understanding of handover and commissioning basics

About Your Team
- Our site engineering team is dedicated to delivering high quality projects through strong collaboration, technical precision, and a commitment to safety.
- Working under experienced senior engineers, the team supports daily site activities, documentation, and inspections.
Your Role
- Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
- Support site inspections and raise basic documentation for QA/QC approvals.
- Track and update progress reports under guidance from senior engineers.
- Help monitor compliance with safety protocols in assigned work areas.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams for daily activities.
- Assist in compiling red line drawings and supporting site records.
- Learn and apply quality standards through on the job experience.
- Participate in short term planning meetings and toolbox talks.
- Apply technical expertise and discipline specific knowledge to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by management.
Skills and Competencies
- First Aider certification
- Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and basic engineering practices
