About Your Team

  • Our Marketing team is responsible for protecting and enhancing the ALEC brand across every touchpoint.
  • We deliver integrated marketing campaigns, corporate communications, branding initiatives, digital content, and events.

Your Role

  • Support the consistent application of ALEC's brand guidelines across business units, projects, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in developing branding for new business units, including visual identities, logos, and brand assets.
  • Create and contribute to editorial content, press releases, and corporate communications that enhance ALEC's reputation.
  • Coordinate the production of digital and print marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, and award submissions.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and content creation while monitoring campaign performance.
  • Maintain and update company websites to ensure content remains current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Partner with internal departments to develop employee communications, newsletters, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and marketing content across projects and business units.
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal and external corporate events aligned with business objectives.
  • Apply marketing best practices and creative thinking to deliver high quality communications and campaigns.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as required.

What We're Looking For Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and corporate communications.
  • Excellent written English with exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining high quality output.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

It Would Be an Advantage If You Have

  • Arabic language skills.
  • Experience within a B2B organisation.
  • Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or real estate sectors.
  • Experience using content management systems and marketing automation platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or corporate communications.
  • Experience within a corporate or B2B environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing, content creation, and corporate branding initiatives.
