The employer is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for interior design and fit-out projects.
The role includes managing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects from commencement to handover.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all work follows approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress, conduct quality inspections, and enforce high finishing standards.
- Identify and resolve technical site issues quickly while maintaining project timelines.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify installation quality against approved samples.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and attend site progress meetings.
- Manage close-out activities, including internal inspections, snagging, and de-snagging works.
- Commute independently between multiple active fit-out project sites as required.
Requirements
- Experience in the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Ability to manage daily site activities and coordinate project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to maintain high-quality execution and strict project timelines.
