Job Summary
Epasero Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in fit-out and landscape projects.
The role covers residential and commercial fit-out, renovation, shell and core, external works, and landscape projects.
The position requires active supervision of labour, material inspection, quality control, and responsibility for final work quality.
Location and Employment
- The role is located in Dubai, UAE.
- The employment type is full-time.
- This is a hands-on site position requiring daily physical site supervision.
Site Execution and Supervision
- Control site execution from mobilization through snagging and final handover.
- Supervise foremen, labourers, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist trades.
- Allocate tasks and monitor attendance, productivity, workmanship, and completion.
- Review approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, material approvals, and method statements before work starts.
