Job Summary
Prepare complete technical drawing packages, detailed joinery shop drawings, and high-quality 3D visuals for residential and commercial fit-out, renovation, shell and core, and landscape projects.
Conduct site surveys, understand existing conditions, and convert design concepts into accurate, coordinated, and buildable drawings for authority submission, construction, fabrication, and final handover.
Technical Drafting and Coordination
- Prepare existing-condition, as-built, demolition, proposed layout, setting-out, partition, flooring, reflected ceiling, elevation, section, and construction detail drawings.
- Prepare technical drawings for renovations, shell and core conversions, civil modifications, wet areas, ceilings, flooring, doors, walls, and architectural finishes.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, fire alarm, firefighting, and joinery drawings to avoid execution clashes.
- Prepare landlord, consultant, and authority submission drawings, respond to RFIs, and revise drawings for technical comments and site issues.
- Prepare material, door, joinery, drawing register, submission, and final as-built documentation.
