Job Summary
Lead residential and commercial fit-out, renovation, shell and core, general contracting, and landscape projects from mobilization through final handover.
Own project planning, site execution, budget control, quality, subcontractor performance, client coordination, and on-time delivery.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Own projects from initial site assessment through execution, snagging, and final handover.
- Prepare project programmes, resource plans, procurement schedules, and look-ahead plans.
- Manage fit-out, civil, architectural, joinery, MEP, external works, and landscape execution.
- Supervise hardscape, softscape, irrigation, pools, water features, outdoor structures, and external finishes.
Coordination and Controls
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, building management, and authorities.
- Manage subcontractor appointments, scope allocation, productivity, quality, and performance.
