Role Overview
The Site Engineer - Finishes is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing architectural finishing works.
The role covers partitions, wall enclosures, roofing systems, ceilings, cladding interfaces, and related finishing components.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage installation of gypsum board, fire-rated, acoustic, insulated panel, and metal stud systems.
- Manage clean room or data hall enclosures, roofing, waterproofing, flashing, and roof insulation.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and construction sequences.
- Monitor progress, subcontractors, manpower, material deliveries, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, quality, client, and other project teams.
- Conduct inspections and verify dimensions, alignment, levels, fire-stopping, acoustic, roofing, and weatherproofing requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, support quality inspections, address punch-list items, and assist with handover documentation.
