Job Description
Job Summary
The HVAC BIM Modeler (Revit) is responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC systems using Autodesk Revit.
The role involves preparing Approval / GFC layouts, taking quantity from the BIM model, resolving the clashes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project deliverables comply with client and company BIM standards.
