Role Overview
The Engineering Manager (Structural) leads analysis, design, and detailing for steel, concrete, and composite structures on datacenter projects.
The role leads design activities, ensures compliance with international codes and standards, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and mentors junior engineers.
Experience and Qualification
- Required experience is 10–12 years.
- A Master of Engineering (ME) qualification is required.
- Experience is required in datacenter structures, foundations, steel structures, equipment-supporting structures, and buildings.
- Knowledge is required of wind, seismic, dynamic, and fatigue analysis.
- Candidates should be able to review geotechnical reports and project specifications.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency is required in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar structural analysis software.
- Knowledge of Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows is preferred.
- Working knowledge is required of international design codes and standards, including IS, AISC, Eurocode, BS, and client specifications.
