Responsibilities
- Review civil drawings, site plans, specifications, and technical submittals for accuracy and constructability
- Support grading, drainage, utility, paving, and earthwork design for industrial and warehouse sites
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients
- Assist with permitting, approvals, and code compliance requirements
- Perform site visits and field inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and as built documents
- Review / Support preparation of reports, calculations, and construction documents
- Ensure work meets project standards, budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in industrial, warehouse, or site development projects
- Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil design software
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Registration with a professional engineering body is a plus

Role Description
