Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Conduct petty cash, bank, inventory, supplier, and customer reconciliations with accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in Tally ERP and assist in financial reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation of import purchases, supplier invoices, and payment schedules.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Support audits and tax filings as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- MUST have Tally ERP expertise.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in most recent experience is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting functions, process cycles, and financial controls.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying financial risk areas and proposing improvements.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Tax regulations is a plus.
- Must be willing to relocate close to the office.
- Should be available to join immediately.
