Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of joinery and fitout works on site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with foremen and subcontractors to manage daily site activities
- Inspect completed works against specifications; identify and rectify defects and snags
- Ensure materials delivered to site meet quality requirements
- Track site progress against the project schedule; report delays and propose recovery plans
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Project Manager
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site; conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Report incidents and near misses promptly
- Coordinate with other trades (MEP, civil, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and resolve conflicts
- Manage material requests and deliveries to site
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
- Minimum 3 5 years of site experience in the joinery, fitout, or construction industry
- Knowledge of joinery installation methods, materials, and finishing standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites

Role Purpose
