Overview
- Responsible for daily construction activity of the site, coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultants, subcontractors, and all concerned departments etc. Using all approved drawings and materials.
- Checking the method statements in consultation with Construction Manager and should approved by consultant for execution of work.
- Supervise the activities of the General Foreman/Foreman and assist them to perform effectively.
- Review the drawing as per site condition and communicate to the execution team.
- Prepare the material request as per the site/Drawing inquiry and ensure the delivery of items on time as per the order.
- Receiving and checking of delivery of materials as per the request/LPO.
- Performs engineering calculations/civil design analysis to solve problems.
- Making inspection test request for each activity.
- Manage and monitor the daily activities on-site, prepare monthly, weekly, and daily progress report.
- Monitor the store and material issuance.
- Providing full support to the Construction Manager with regular feedback.
- Co-ordination between MEP activities.
