Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit site conditions.
- Reviewing packages & coordinating with subcontractors for all technical queries & highlighting discrepancies pre & post tendering.
- Managing a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings.
- Coordinating with MEP requirements.
- Receiving material indents from site, analyzing requirement & submission for approval.
- Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems & cost effective plans.
- Overseeing selection of contractors & consultants.
- Reviewing & preparing Method of Statements and submitting to consultant.
- Attending Weekly Progress meetings with Client and Consultant.
- Liaising with Sub Contractor, contractors, consultants & Suppliers for technical requirements.
