- Lead and supervise the electrical technical team to achieve project targets
- Guide preparation of detailed engineering design
- Perform quality review of engineering deliverables for compliance with codes and standards
- Monitor and review BIM models
- Study tender/IFC drawings and raise RFIs as required
- Perform electrical calculations (load, cable sizing, voltage drop, etc.)
- Review method statements and material submittals for electrical services
- Provide technical support to site, procurement, and commercial departments
- Coordinate with main contractor, suppliers, client, and consultant
Requirements
- Experience in electrical engineering for construction projects
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., DEWA, ADDC)
- Proficiency in electrical design and calculations
- Experience with BIM models
- Strong technical management and communication skills

Responsibilities

- Guide the preparation of design the detailed engineering work.
- Responsible for quality review to ensure high quality and approval of engineering deliverables.
- Technical Review & Audit, Supervision on behalf of head office to assigned projects.
- Monitor and Review BIM models.
- Study and review the Tender/IFC drawings/specification and raise RFI, if required.
- Electrical Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all electrical services.
- Expert in Electrical calculations load calculation, breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop, etc.
- Technical Review of Method Statement for electrical services as requested.
- Technical Review of Material Submittal for electrical services as requested.
- Provide technical support for site, procurement, commercial and other departments.
- Coordinate professionally with main contractor, specialist/suppliers, client and consultant.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical engineering for construction projects.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., DEWA, ADDC).
- Proficiency in electrical design and calculations.
- Experience with BIM models.
