Role Overview
Oversee on-site civil construction execution, quality, schedule, and safety.
Coordinate activities between contractors, architects, vendors, project teams, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities against approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor structural, civil, and finishing works for quality and compliance.
- Check materials, workmanship, dimensions, and alignment on site.
- Plan daily work, track milestones, and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Maintain progress reports, site records, and material tracking.
- Monitor contractor and labor performance and coordinate with project and quality teams.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
