About the Role
The MEP Engineer will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on-site alongside civil construction activities.
The role requires five years of hands-on MEP experience and focuses on quality, safety, coordination, and timely project delivery.
The position reports to the Project Manager.
Work Location
- The role is based in Nagarbavi, Bangalore.
- The position requires on-site, full-time work and in-person presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works at site alongside civil construction activities.
- Coordinate HVAC, fire fighting, electrical, and plumbing systems with subcontractors and vendors.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings and ensure execution aligns with approved designs and IS codes.
- Liaise with civil and structural teams to identify and resolve clashes between MEP and civil works.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and testing of MEP installations.
- Prepare and update MEP progress reports, material requirements, and BOQs.
- Monitor adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of MEP materials with the purchase team.
