Position Overview
House Construct is hiring a Site Engineer for residential construction projects.
The role is based in Bangalore and requires 1–4 years of experience.
The position is full-time and requires work in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Check materials, workmanship, dimensions, levels, and alignment.
- Plan daily activities and support timely project completion.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain progress reports, site records, and measurements.
- Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
- Conduct site inspections and report progress to management.
Requirements
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant site experience.
- Residential construction experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
