KierBAM is a Joint Venture partnership between Kier and BAM Nuttall, currently delivering an exciting redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. As a Site Engineer, you'll assist in managing the technical compliance of the project to design specifications, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a significant project within a live MOD facility.
As a Site Engineer, you'll be working within the WRB Section team, supporting them in delivering this important redevelopment project. Your day to day will include:
Assisting in the preparation of as-built drawings and establishing effective systems to record completed work
Participating in developing quality check sheets and carrying out quality checks, surveys, and site inspections
Setting out works within allowable tolerances and regularly checking setting out points and benchmarks
Providing engineering support to overcome technical problems and assist in procurement of site materials
Maintaining drawing registers, completing daily diaries, and keeping trackers up to date

This role of Site Engineer is great for you if:
You hold a Civil Engineering or construction related qualification (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, or MEng) and may be working towards Chartership
You have experience in reinforced concrete structures using system formwork and are familiar with Leica Survey equipment
You're comfortable with Quality Management Systems, writing RAMS, and possess strong IT skills
You hold a Supervisor HSE test, SSSTS, and CSCS Card (White PQP/AQP or Red Trainee or Red Provisional)
You're a team player with excellent organisational skills and flexibility to work weekends when required
