We are seeking a Mobile Plumber to join our FM Hard Services team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites throughout South London and Kent. The role will focus on plumbing and mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring clients receive a safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance service. You will work independently across multiple sites, undertaking preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and small installation works whilst maintaining excellent relationships with clients and subcontractors.
As a Plumber, you'll be working within the FM Hard Services team, supporting them in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across commercial sites. Your day to day will include:
Carrying out scheduled plumbing and mechanical maintenance activities across multiple client sites, ensuring works are completed to contractual requirements
Responding to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs in a timely manner
Undertaking maintenance, repair and minor installation works on plumbing systems, pipework, sanitaryware, pumps, valves and associated mechanical equipment
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, site representatives and subcontractors
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety and environmental procedures, completing risk assessments and associated documentation

This role of Plumber is great for you if:
You have demonstrable experience working within a mobile building maintenance or FM environment
You have strong plumbing experience including maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations across commercial properties
You have a good understanding of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities
You can work independently and manage your workload across multiple sites with excellent customer service and communication skills
You hold a Full driving licence and are committed to health and safety and compliance requirements
