Job Summary
Site Engineer responsible for civil, renovation, refurbishment, maintenance, and general contracting works across project sites.
The role ensures work meets drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Prepare daily work plans and site activity schedules.
- Monitor project progress against the approved programme.
- Inspect civil and finishing works.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available on site.
- Conduct quantity checks and site measurements.
- Review drawings before execution.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with project management.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, coordinate inspections, and assist with handover and close-out.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of site engineering experience.
