Director of Sales / Division Head

Role Overview

Workplace and Employment

• Work location is in person in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales division and develop sales strategies and annual revenue plans.
• Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
• Identify opportunities across corporate, government, entertainment, hospitality, and event sectors.
• Manage strategic accounts and relationships with decision-makers and procurement departments.
• Guide prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Review proposals, pricing, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Develop market segments, identify tenders and projects, and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate sales commitments with estimation, operations, production, finance, and project management.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and industry trends.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales team members.
• Prepare forecasts and management reports and represent the company at client and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, including leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong Saudi Arabian industry experience in events, exhibitions, advertising, branding, production, fabrication, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a sales division and achieve substantial revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, commercial, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
• A valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
• Existing relationships with relevant corporate, government, event, hospitality, or agency clients are highly desirable.

• Events and exhibitions, event production, corporate events, and government events.
• Entertainment projects, branding and advertising, and stage or exhibition fabrication.
• Temporary structures, signage and printing, event infrastructure, hospitality events, and large-scale activations.
