Role Overview
Oversee daily operations on a residential construction site.
Ensure building projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and according to engineering designs and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, laborers, project managers, architects, and field staff.
- Manage material procurement and quality control inspections.
- Resolve technical design discrepancies and monitor progress against budgets and timelines.
- Maintain daily activity logs and structural reports.
Pay
- Pay is ₹12,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is hybrid remote in Cheruthuruthy, Thrissur, Kerala.
Requirements
- Ability to oversee residential construction site operations according to engineering designs and quality standards.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to coordinate contractors, subcontractors, laborers, project managers, architects, and field staff.
