Role Overview
Civil Site Engineer responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at residential projects.
The role covers civil, structural, finishing, quality, materials, reporting, safety, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Set out and check dimensions and levels.
- Supervise civil, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Coordinate subcontractors and labour teams.
- Monitor material usage and workmanship.
- Prepare quantity measurements and site reports.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve site issues.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and clients.
- Maintain safety standards.
- Support completion within required time, quality, and budget targets.
Pay
- Pay range is ₹12,000.00–₹30,000.00 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is hybrid remote in Ottappalam, Kerala 679101.
