Tendering and Vendor Management
- Support tendering, technical bid evaluation, and contractor finalization.
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and site feasibility.
- Identify project risks and execution requirements before project award.
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.
- Track daily progress, implement recovery plans for delays, and coordinate procurement with execution schedules.
- Manage site execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure timely completion of interior fit-outs and MEP activities.
Design and MEP Coordination
- Coordinate with architects and MEP consultants for technical clarifications.
- Resolve site issues, ensure design compliance, and verify site conditions before design revisions.
Quality and Safety
- Monitor quality, productivity, safety, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and EHS requirements.
- Conduct inspections and monitor closure of quality observations and snag items.
Project Monitoring and Reporting
- Track project progress against approved schedules.
- Conduct weekly site review meetings with stakeholders.
