include Develop, review, and evaluate clinical guidelines and Drug Utilization Reviews, Reviews
A) Medication Management
- Assess identity, strength, and purity of medications
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and suitability
- Provide information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage
