Site Supervision and Inspection
- Conduct daily inspections of structural and civil works on building projects.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and material specifications.
- Monitor workmanship and raise site observations or non-conformance reports when required.
- Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concrete casting, curing, waterproofing, and building finishes.
Documentation and Coordination
- Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports with photographic records.
- Maintain complete inspection, approval, and technical observation documentation.
- Support the Resident Engineer with ITPs, material submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues and support timely execution.
- Attend progress meetings and report findings, risks, and delays.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7–8 years of building construction supervision experience in consultancy or engineering supervision firms.
- At least 3–4 years of Dubai experience on residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use building projects.
- Strong ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and relevant authority approvals and standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with mid- to high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of concrete and finishing works.
- Ability to handle multiple inspections and meet strict timelines.
Project Environment
- The role involves on-site inspection and coordination for building construction projects in Dubai.
