- Conduct thorough reviews and monitoring of construction related architectural submissions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Orchestrate coordination between various disciplines
- Implement and oversee the Assurance system
- Review current IFC package
- Carry out QA/QC for current status of drawings
- Review architectural plans, elevations, sectional drawings, details
- Review and advise on interfacing details with Façade, landscape, ID, external areas
- Ensure standard details are provided and advise for additional details
- Review Front of House, Common areas, Back of House, Service rooms details
- Review specific details of handrails, corridors, staircase, fire escape routes
- Review lifts and VT details
Requirements
- Experience in architectural site supervision and review of construction submissions
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and project specifications
- Ability to coordinate between multiple disciplines
- Familiarity with IFC packages and architectural drawings
