About the Role

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones for airport infrastructure and operational projects
- Analyze project requirements and constraints to create realistic planning strategies
- Coordinate resource allocation including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present comprehensive planning reports and performance metrics to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and construction teams
- Monitor project progress against baselines and implement corrective actions
- Manage budget forecasting and cost control measures
- Utilize project management software and planning tools to track and communicate project status
- Ensure compliance with airport operational standards, safety regulations, and aviation industry requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of planning engineering experience
- At least 3 years in airport or aviation related projects
- Proven expertise in airport operations, terminal planning, runway development, or ground handling operations
- Advanced proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and planning visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with resource scheduling, budget management, and cost control
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of airport safety standards, aviation regulations, and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Preferred: Experience with airport expansion projects or terminal modernization initiatives
- Preferred: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and local regulatory requirements

What do we need from you
- Minimum 5 years of planning engineering experience, with at least 3 years in airport or aviation related projects.
