Overview
- Manage daily site administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow between site and head office
- Maintain project documentation, reports, records, and filing systems accurately
- Coordinate staff attendance, timesheets, leave records, and manpower reports
- Handle onboarding and documentation for new site employees and subcontractors
- Support procurement coordination for site requirements including materials, office supplies, and equipment requests
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to manpower, project progress, and administrative updates
- Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams for site-related requirements
- Maintain records of permits, gate passes, labor documents, and compliance-related paperwork
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and support project management with administrative tasks
- Ensure proper document control and compliance with company policies and project standards
- Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders when required for site documentation and approvals
