- Coordinate with authorities such as RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and Dubai Municipality for design approvals and inspections
- Supervise site installation of electrical works including street lighting, ITS, power distribution, and related infrastructure systems
- Ensure all electrical installations meet safety and quality standards, adhering to local regulations
- Conduct inspections and testing for electrical systems prior to commissioning
- Manage electrical documentation including as built drawings, test reports, and method statements
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and utility teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in maintaining timelines and budgets
- Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and vendor submittals for electrical materials and equipment
Requirements
- Experience in electrical engineering for infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and Dubai Municipality standards
- Ability to supervise site installation of electrical works
