Role Purpose
- Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying, evaluating, acquiring, and securing sites, including negotiating lease agreements, collecting and reviewing legal documentation, and finalizing contracts in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customer and building owner(s) and other third parties.
- Oversee site acquisitions including site identification, and qualification through completion of approval packages.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure sites meet customer requirements.
- Negotiate the leasing of sites and verify the legal contractual documents.
- Obtain all required permits/zoning approval from national and local agencies.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Prepare and complete site candidate identification packages and/or lease and zoning audits.
- Report on viable locations for sites to ensure entitlements are possible.
- Coordinate site walks, IBS site design walks and other site/field visits with stakeholders.
- Negotiation of Lease, Amendment, License, Right of Way and/or Easement Agreements.
- Completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by the client.
- Assist in preparation and monitoring of individual site budgets and schedules.
