We are seeking an experienced Siron Applications Support Specialist to provide production support for business-critical enterprise applications. The role involves ensuring application availability, resolving incidents, and collaborating with business users and IT teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide end to end support for core business applications in production environments
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability to ensure optimal system uptime
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
- Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and release management activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and third party vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and application configurations
- Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and system monitoring
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audit requirements, and organizational standards
- Participate in on call support and production issue management when required
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support
- Strong experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Change Management, and Release Management
- Experience supporting enterprise or business critical applications
- Hands on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Good understanding of application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance management
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and production support processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, or Enterprise environments preferred
- Familiarity with SQL, Linux/Windows environments, and application monitoring tools is an advantage

Role Overview

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application availability, resolving production incidents, supporting change and release activities, and collaborating with business users, IT teams, and vendors to maintain stable and secure application environments.
