About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review architectural and interior design shop drawings, materials, samples, mock ups, and method statements for compliance with Contract Documents and design intent
- Provide architectural and interior design technical comments on finishes, façade, ceilings, partitions, joinery, doors, ironmongery, wet areas, furniture/fixed joinery, wall finishes, flooring, and other ID elements
- Inspect architectural and ID related works on site and advise the Resident Engineer on acceptance, rejection, or required corrective actions
- Coordinate architectural and ID interfaces with structural, MEP, façade, authority, specialist subcontractor, and fit out requirements
- Review mock ups and job standards and confirm whether workmanship, materials, colour, texture, and detailing are acceptable for bulk works
- Monitor Contractor responses to architectural and ID comments and verify incorporation into revised submissions and site works
- Advise on design discrepancies, missing details, site clashes, buildability concerns, and required RFIs or clarifications
- Support progress and quality reporting for architectural and ID activities, including risks related to long lead finishes, samples, mock ups, and approvals
- Assist in snagging, de snagging, and final architectural and ID acceptance of completed areas

- Ability to inspect works on site and advise on corrective actions
- Coordination skills with structural, MEP, and other disciplines
